Oxford United owner Erick Thohir has increased his controlling interest in the club.
The Indonesian businessman, who is chairman of his country’s football association, has acquired all the shares owned in the club by Oxford Investment Holdings Pte. Ltd.
As a result of the acquisition Horst Geicke has stepped down as a director of the Championship club.
