According to a report from Defensa Central, Real Madrid are set to receive an offer to play a friendly match in Brazil, marking what would be the clubs first visit to the country since the year 2000.
The proposal aims to bring the Spanish capital heavyweights to Brazil for a pre-season encounter next summer.
Real Madrid are already working on preparations for the 2026 pre-season tour. Although the trip is still far off, the Merengues typically plan well in advance and have already received several proposals that have attracted attention.
As reported already, the Spanish giants are exploring alternatives to the USA for their pre-season tour for next summer. Now, Brazil could emerge as an option.
Indeed, as per the report, Brazilian organisers have approached the club with the idea of hosting a friendly there next summer. Real Madrid are currently waiting for an official proposal.

Nothing has been decided yet, but organisers in Brazil are very keen to welcome Real Madrid for at least one friendly match. Financial backing does not appear to be an issue, as significant investment is expected in the homeland of Vinicius Jr., Rodrygo, Eder Militao and Endrick.
Brazil has rarely featured in Real Madrids pre-season plans. The last visit dates back to 2000, when the club participated in the inaugural FIFA Club World Championship.
Before that, Real Madrid had only played in Brazil once, facing Vasco da Gama on 8 February 1961.
Los Blancos will listen to all proposals before making a decision once it has received complete information from Brazil, including details about dates, opponents, and potential revenue.
All factors will be considered before accepting or declining the invitation, though sources within the club believe it may be difficult to agree due to unfavourable weather conditions for pre-season training.
