The 18-4-0 Winnipeg Jets are set to take on the 11-8-3 Los Angeles Kings from Crypto.com Arena in California.
Winnipeg is coming off a 4-1 victory over Central Division rival Minnesota on Monday and will look to begin a new winning streak after suffering a lopsided 4-1 loss to Nashville a couple days prior.

As a matter of fact, the Jets’ past three games have all ended in 4-1 finals, while five of the team’s last eight games have also featured that same score. If we had to make a guess, Wednesdays game will likely conclude with a 4-1 score.
The Wednesday late-night affair will be the fourth of the season-high six-game road trip for Winnipeg, with the team currently sitting 2-1-0 through three contests and 9-3-0 on the road this season.
With stops in Vegas and Dallas remaining, the Jets will once again look to find offence from former Kings forwards Gabe Vilardi, Alex Iafallo and Rasmus Kupari, who return to Los Angeles for the first time this season. Pierre-Luc Dubois – who the trio were dealt for – has since been moved to Washington.
Connor Hellebuyck is expected to get the start in goal, while Ville Heinola will play his second game of the season following the injury to top defenceman Dylan Samberg in Nashville.
