Here's the prize money payout for each golfer at the 2025 Baycurrent Classic

While it may be a bit of an outlier on the PGA Tours FedEx Cup Fall scheduleits the lone limited-field, no-cut event, not to mention its roughly 6,700 miles from last weeks tour stop in Mississippithe Baycurrent Classic in Japan has an interesting lineup of players on the tee sheet. Thirteen of the top 50 players in the world are competing along with 40 hardy pros making that trip from the Sanderson Farms.

Mind you, an overall prize money payout of $8 million (the largest of any of the remaining five events on the schedule) with $1.44 million going to the winner is a nice carrot. Without a cut, it means everyone gets a paycheck for the journey, and those looking for FedEx Cup points to secure their status in the top 100 on tour also are guaranteed something for the effort.

Three former winners of the event are in the field: Hideki Matsyama (2021), Collin Morikawa (2023) and Nico Echavarria (2024). Morikawa is one of two top-10 players in off the World Ranking competing, along with Xander Schauffele.

Along with a new title sponsor in 2025, the tournament is playing at a new venue. Yokohama Country Club, opened in 1960 is roughly 25 miles south of Tokyo. The tournament course will combine 16 holes from the clubs West Course and two from its East.

Below is the prize money payout for each golfer in the field. Check back after the finish of the tournament on Sunday, and well have the individual names and payouts for each.

The Takeo Aiyama-designed West Course at Yokohama Country Club opened in 1960 and was later remodeled by Bill Coore and Ben Crenshaw in 2015. The 2015 remodel focused on adding elevation to tees and fairways, as well as remodeling bunkers to make the existing natural undulations more dramatic. The course is known for wide fairways framed by dense clusters of pine trees, sprawling undulations, and classic Coore and Crenshaw bunkering.
